Customer service and return policy are both horrible. I sent my suit back and asked to exchange just the pants for a different size. They said it was impossible and that a refund was in process… it’s been 2 weeks and still no refund. So I had to buy another suit entirely. The suits sizes are just odd in general. I will definitely NOT be buying from ÃZARMAN again.
