Nice shoe but ran about a whole size larger my son didn’t have time to return so he stuffed the toe w tissue so they wouldn’t slide off

Shoes were great! Shipping time was great. Customer service, not so much. The wrong shoe size was sent the first time and I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone or my multiple emails. So I just had to re-order a smaller size and send back the first ones. Hopefully, I’ll get a credit to my card because I received zero guidance on the return process.
