So, I was skeptical about these shoes. Forty bucks is awfully low for a pair of on-trend velvet smoking slippers, but with free shipping, and free returns, I figured I’d try them out! They’re NICE! Very nice. I typically wear an 11 (44) and these are a little big, I am going to exchange them for a half size smaller. There was a very pungent smell when I opened the box; formaldehyde. But I think it’ll air out.

I bought this shoe to wear with traditional Indian wear. The style and fabric is perfect–got lots of compliments. I had read other reviews that said the shoe runs large. Unfortunately, the size I needed to order for that 1/2 size down wasn’t available so I had to go with my regular size. The other reviewers were correct. My shoes had a sloppy fit, but I just had to make them work. If I had been able to get the proper fit, I would have given these shoes a 5 star rating. Great value for the price.

These were bought as last-minute costume shoes for my husbands Regency outfit. We ordered his correct shoe size, but they were so huge that he had to wear layers of socks to keep his feet from sliding around in them.

Fits very large!! I typically wear and 11, but based on previous reviews I ordered a 10.5. WOW! The shoe could have easily fit a 11.5 or 12 size foot. Very big. It was hours before an important engagement so no time to run to the mall, instead I wore my thickest winter socks to make the shoes manageable to walk in. It worked…thank God. Plus side…they looked great! Nice soft material on the outside and were definitely head turners. If ordering I would recommend going down 2 FULL sizes (not halves) than you normally wear. Or be prepared to wear your thick winter time socks in order to navigate these boats.

These shoes are excellent. I was so worried that they’d be too big due to previous reviews I read on here about them. But they fit perfect. I wear a size 13 and I ordered a size 13. Great quality. Color is spot on. So glad I ordered them. Great price & extremely FAST shipping. Ordered on Friday morning & received them on Sunday evening. Barely a full 48 hours turn around.
