CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL AND OFFERED TO HELP AND SEND NEW ONES BUT MY BOYFRIEND ENDED UP GETTING ME THE REAL ONES FROM GUCCI BUT IF HE HADNT I WOULDVE KEPT THESE. Absolutely love these! I have them in both brown and black, and they are my staple go to! Very comfortable and true to size. The fur stays nice and fluffy, aside from where it’s matted from wear. I get compliments about them all the time!
